Food Day 2

Breakfast Whole milk latte, carrot zucchini muffin

Snack 2 string cheese, cashews, 1 package emergency

Lunch YABU! Spicy tuna rice bowl, curry chicken udon noodles

Snack 2 string cheese, cashews, 1 package emergency

Dinner chicken breast, thigh, leg, 1 bbq rib, 1 slice beef from thai boom. 1 package emergency.

Total: 2842 calories. ~ 22 blocks calorie breakdown 35% fat, 38% carb, 27% protein

2009. Whee!!

~24 blocks based on calories. not so balanced. 2985 calories, 53% fat (thanks milk!), 20% carb, 27% protein

Breakfast: 4 eggs in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cup green tea, 2 apples

Snack: cup coffee 1 half and half, 1 string cheese, 12 cashews, handfull trail mix

Lunch: whole milk latte, gigantic pile of meat burrito, probably 10-12 oz of asada / carnitas... so good. did not eat tortilla. no rice or beans

Snack: 2 cups whole milk

Dinner: 1 package mushrooms in Extra Virgin, 6 oz steak, 2 packages of emergen-c

Snack: 2 cups whole milk, 1 biscotti that lauren made ;-)
